Right of Withdrawal

EU consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts under the conditions outlined below. A consumer is any individual entering into a transaction for purposes outside their trade or profession.
Right of Withdrawal
You may withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without stating any reason.
This 14-day period starts on the date you (or a third party you've nominated, other than the delivery carrier) take physical possession of the goods — or, for orders delivered in multiple parts, the date you receive the final item.

You can also exercise your right of withdrawal directly via the "Withdraw from Contract" button located in the footer of our website, which lets you submit your withdrawal request online.
To meet the deadline, simply send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period ends.
What Happens After Withdrawal
Once we receive your withdrawal notice, we'll refund all payments you made — including standard delivery costs (excluding any extra cost if you chose a more expensive shipping option than our cheapest standard delivery) — within 14 days at the latest.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method unless you've agreed otherwise with us. You won't be charged any fees for this refund.
We may delay the refund until we've received the returned goods, or until you've provided proof of shipment — whichever happens first.
Returning the Goods
Send the goods back to us within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. Sending them before this deadline is sufficient to meet it.
You're responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.
You'll only be charged for any reduction in the goods' value if that reduction results from handling beyond what's needed to check the item's condition and function.
When the Right of Withdrawal Doesn't Apply
This right of withdrawal is not available to consumers residing outside the EU.
It also doesn't apply to goods produced to your specifications or clearly personalized for you.
