Terms and Conditions (AGB)
1. Scope
These terms apply to all orders placed through HurtYouth, operated by us, Quellenstraße 24B/18/14, Austria. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Contracting Party
Contracts are concluded with HurtYouth, Quellenstraße 24B/18/14, Austria.

3. Conclusion of Contract
Product listings constitute a non-binding invitation to order. By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders. A contract is formed once we send an order confirmation via email.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in EUR and include statutory VAT (where applicable) unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.
We accept the following payment methods: credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods as displayed at checkout (e.g., Klarna, Shop Pay, Apple Pay/Google Pay), processed via Shopify Payments and third-party providers.
Payment is due immediately upon order placement.
5. Delivery
We ship within Austria, the EU, and internationally (including the US and other regions), as selected at checkout. Delivery times and costs vary by destination and are displayed during checkout.
For deliveries outside the EU, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, customs fees, or local taxes, which are not included in the purchase price and are the customer's responsibility.
We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing or carriers.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers residing in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal as detailed in our separate Withdrawal Policy [link]. This right does not apply to customers residing outside the EU or to goods made to customer specification.
7. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Warranty (Gewährleistung)
Statutory warranty rights apply as per Austrian law (§§ 922 ff ABGB). For consumers, the warranty period is 2 years from delivery. If goods are defective, you may request repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract cancellation, subject to legal conditions.
9. Liability
We are liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law, except for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health.
10. Custom Products
Some products are produced on-demand by third-party manufacturing partners upon order. Production and shipping times for these items may differ from standard inventory items and will be communicated where applicable.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected.
For disputes with consumers, the statutory place of jurisdiction applies. For business customers, the courts of [your district, Austria] have exclusive jurisdiction.
12. Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obligated and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
